How to use Messages on Hellotracks?

The Messages feature is a useful tool that allows networks to communicate in-app. 

Step 1: Open up your Hellotracks app.

Step 2: Open the 'Main' menu in the top left-hand corner of the app.

Step 3: Tap on the 'Messages'.

Step 4: You will see all your messages from your network. From here you can click on any message and respond. 

Step 5: When someone from your network sends you a message it will pop up in-app so and you will see the message. You can choose to open it or close it. You can also open messages from the 'Mail' icon on the right-hand side of the app when you have an unread message, so you will always know when a message has been unread.
