How can I reset my password?

Step 1: Open up the Hellotracks app on your tablet or smartphone.

Step 2: Click the 'Log in' button in the bottom right-hand corner of the app and then tap on 'Forgot password?' directly underneath the 'Log in' button.

Step 3: Type in the email address associated with your Hellotracks Business Account and click 'OK'.

Step 4: An automatic email with a link to reset your password will be sent to the address you submitted. This link will reset your password and allow you to sign-in to Hellotracks. 

*Note: this process can also be used to change your password if you are looking to do so.
