What is the difference between Admin, Operator and Worker?

What's the difference between an Administrator, a Dispatcher, and a Worker?

An Administrator (Admin) is a user that originally created the account using the company name. Only owners can change company information or perform the initial card payment setup. 

A Dispatcher can see and manage all team member's jobs and information. 

A Worker is generally your team members in the field who are completing jobs, meeting with clients, etc. 

Note* A Hellotracks account can have multiple Admins, dispatchers, and mobile workers. 

Note* Please remember Admins are not trackable, which means that the only user that has access to location data of the Admin is the Admin herself and the company login.
